Our soup bases provide a ready-made foundation for delicious soups. Simply add liquid and choose a protein according to your taste and needs for use, resulting in a versatile soup that can be adapted to different dining occasions. During preparation, add 2 litres of liquid and 700 g of your preferred protein per bag.
In this base, traditional soup vegetables create a versatile foundation for a wide variety of soups. The mildly seasoned soup base gives you the freedom to select ingredients that best suit your menu and desired flavour profile.

| Preparation |
In a saucepan or pot: Empty the contents of the bag into the saucepan and add the protein source in the soup (sausage, sausage, minced meat, etc.) and 2 l of water and bring to the boil.
In a combi oven: Empty the contents of the bag into a GN ½ 150 mm oven dish and add the protein source in the soup and 2 l of water and heat with the steam function at +100 °C for approximately 30 minutes. The heating times are approximate.
