Feelia has a growth-oriented corporate culture where motivated employees are valued as an end in themselves. Commitment to the company culture and its values is rooted in flexibility, encouragement, and respect for the individual. Feelia provides stable employment and a safe and healthy working environment for approximately one hundred permanent employees, as well as dozens of seasonal summer workers and trainees.

In terms of procurement agreements, models are being developed to verify the responsibility of international raw material supply chains from economic, social, and environmental perspectives.

Employees

As a growing company, the number of employees is increasing. Employees work in production, warehousing, sales and marketing, office roles, and various management positions.

To ensure the realization of human rights in all stages of our business, we actively promote an equal working environment.

Investments

Workstations are designed with ergonomics in mind, and the most physically demanding or mechanical tasks are automated, for example through robotics. The entire production process is continuously developed according to Lean principles, including optimizing production workflows.

Feelia encourages its personnel to actively bring forward new ideas that can lead to innovations in working methods and efficiency.

Occupational Safety

New production facilities and equipment improve occupational safety. Workplace accidents are minimized through proper guidance and correct working methods.

The workplace safety committee regularly reviews issues related to workload, accidents, and near-miss situations, and evaluates and implements improvements related to occupational safety. Employees are provided with comprehensive occupational health services by the employer. For example, voluntary seasonal influenza vaccinations are offered to all employees.

Leisure Time and Development

All Feelia employees participate in development discussions, and operations are improved through interactive dialogue.

Corporate culture is developed through goal-oriented discussions, and initiative is encouraged. A continuous feedback system is in place, and dialogue is maintained through regular meetings such as weekly briefings. Various training opportunities support individual career development, and employee well-being is enhanced, for example, through leisure benefit vouchers.
