Concentrate, no broth included. At preparation add liquid 2 litres (e.g. 2 1½ l water ja ½ l cream) per one 3kg bag. Final quantity 5 litres.

| Preparation |
On the stove: Empty the contents of the bag into the saucepan and add 2 liters of liquid (e.g. 1.5 l of water and 0.5 l of cream). Heat on a gentle heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a combi oven: Empty the bag into an oven dish and add 2 liters of liquid (e.g. 1.5 l of water and 0.5 l of cream). Heat with the steam function at +100 °C for approximately 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. The heating times are indicative.
