| Preparation |
Concentrate, no broth included. At preparation add 2 litres water per one 3kg bag. Final quantity 5 litres.
On the stove: Empty the bag in a kettle and add 2 litres water. Heat up about 20 minutes till boiling point, stir at times along the bottom of the kettle. Combined owen: Empty the bag to GN ½ 150 mm casserole and add 2 litres water. Heat up on steam fuction +100 °C about 30-40 minutes, stir at times. Preparation time is indicative.
